Ops Access
Officers and Generals have ops access on the clan bot. With that access, these people can kick and ban whom they see fit. This also comes with the power to add people to the bot, remove them from the bot, unban, squelch, whois, list of all people on the bot, allseen, lastseen, etc.
Only Generals can ban clan members. Officers can only ban bots and foreigners. If somebody is banned, you must be a higher rank to override that ban, unless you banned that person yourself. The Leader can override any ban, of course.
People who abuse ops will be demoted by a General. Ops access is a privilege that can be revoked!
